Job Description
- Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle NetSuite based on business requirements.
- Build and manage NetSuite customizations.
- Integrate NetSuite with third-party systems.
- Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform bug fixes, and improve system performance.
- Prepare technical documentation and user guides.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and process alignment.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and deployment of new features.
- Ensure system security, stability, and compliance with best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Software Developer or ERP Developer in retail or FMCG industries.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite (implementation, customization, or support).
- Strong knowledge of SuiteScript (JavaScript-based), workflows, and NetSuite configurations.
- Experience with system integrations using APIs.
- Understanding of ERP concepts and business processes, especially finance and accounting, is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible.
