Job Overview:

We are on a hunt for a Socialcommerce Analyst for TikTok who focuses on leveraging the platform to drive e-commerce sales and enhance TORCH's brand presence. This role involves analyzing data, understanding market trends, and optimizing social commerce strategies.

Job Role:

  1. Analyze socialcommerce performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
  2. Develop and optimize content strategies to boost sales on socialcommerce.
  3. Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging and shoppable content.
  4. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the socialcommerce space.
  5. Monitor competitor activities and benchmark performance.
  6. Plan and execute socialcommerce campaigns on TikTok.
  7. Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to align socialcommerce strategies.
  8. Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and socialcommerce activities and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
  9. Continuously optimize socialcommerce strategies based on data insights and feedback.
  10. Experiment with different content formats and engagement tactics.

Requirements

Job Qualification:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field from a reputable university, with min. GPA of 3.00/4.00.
  2. Advanced degrees or certifications in social media marketing or data analytics are a plus.
  3. Min. 2 years of experience in data analytics or social media marketing, with a focus on TikTok (familiarity with TikTok’s algorithm and trends).
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  5. Ability to develop creative content strategies that drive engagement and sales.
  6. Understanding of TikTok’s content formats and audience preferences.
  7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  8. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  9. Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  10. Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  11. Flexibility to adjust to the fast-paced nature of social media platforms.
