Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand and marketing objectives
- Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
- Plan and manage content deliverables, including content ideas, themes, editorial calendars, and monthly campaign assets
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- Define ad objectives, audience targeting, budgeting, and creatives in collaboration with internal teams
- Monitor, analyze, and report both organic and paid social media performance using analytics tools
- Deliver regular performance reports and insights for content and ads, including recommendations for optimization
- Conduct research on trends, competitors, and audience behavior to improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of content and ad assets
- Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media platforms
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Social Media Strategist or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Proven knowledge and hands-on experience in social media advertising (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.)
- Ability to plan, manage, and deliver clear campaign and content deliverables
- Experience in audience targeting, A/B testing, budget allocation, and ad optimization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights
- Familiarity with social media and ad analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
