Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities?
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies and campaigns, translating creative ideas into engaging content plans that align with brand goals and audience interests.
- Create visually appealing and compelling content while maintaining consistent brand messaging and identity.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategies and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and visual standards.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables according to service level agreements (SLAs) and deadlines.
- Engage with social media audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally to foster brand loyalty.
- Prepare and present monthly reports on social media performance, including key metrics, campaign effectiveness, and areas for improvement.
Requirements
Does it match your criteria?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communication, Business Management, Communication or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in social media management.
- Experience in an agency or beauty industry is a plus.
- Proficient in social media management, data analysis, market research, and copywriting.
