🗓️ 1. Social Media Calendar & Content Coordination

Help manage and update our social media content calendar for timely, strategic posting.
Collaborate with the team to schedule and roll out content across platforms.
Stay on top of trends and pitch creative, sports-related content ideas to boost engagement.

🤝 2. Audience Engagement & Community Interaction

Connect with our online sports community by replying to comments, DMs, and mentions.
Assist in crafting engaging captions and platform-specific copy that scores with our audience.
Monitor engagement metrics and share fresh ideas to improve reach and performance.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field
Strong passion for sports, especially football, badminton, and basketball
Familiar with social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube
Basic understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices
Able to analyze engagement metrics and contribute to content strategy improvements
Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and/or Indonesian
