Job Description

Summary: Responsible for the strategy, execution, and analysis of BALTINI's social media to enhance engagement,

brand awareness, and visibility. Includes the creation of Magazine content published on BALTINI's website

in a manageable capacity.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop social media strategies aligned with BALTINI’s positioning as a luxury fashion platform.
  • Create, manage, and write copy for engaging social media content that aligns with fashion and luxury retail trends.
  • Create Magazine content for the website in a manageable capacity (twice a month).
  • Monitor and respond to audience interactions to enhance brand presence.
  • Coordinate with the graphic designer to ensure visual quality aligns with the brand.
  • Analyze content performance, provide insights, and adjust strategies for optimal results.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing (experience in fashion or luxury retail
  • is a plus).
  • Understanding of how to build relevant interactions with fashion and luxury retail audiences.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, Pinterest, etc. and how to optimize content.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and apply data-driven strategies.

Role Specific Competencies:

  • Understands luxury fashion trends and has a good sense of storytelling. Uses data to improve content and adapts to social media trends. Creates strategies that fit BALTINI’s brand positioning effectively.
