- Develop and maintain a detailed content calendar for social media platforms, sesuai dengan strategi pemasaran, brand goals dan kebutuhan audiens.
- Conduct research on content trends, audience behavior, untuk menghasilkan ide konten yang fresh dan relevan.
- Mengidentifikasi peluang creative content yang dapat meningkatkan social media engagement
- Membuat content brief yang jelas dan terstruktur untuk creators, graphic designers, dan tim Kreatif
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content execution aligns with the brand vision and strategic direction.
- Membuat Artikel atau Blog (SEO-friendly articles) to improve search engine visibility and support inbound marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on social media trends and digital platforms to produce competitive and relevant content.
Requirements
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 Tahun sebagai Content Planner, Social Media Specialist, dsb
- Memiliki pemamahan Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, Twitter) dan digital content trends
- Strong copywriting skills for marketing and sales purposes.
- Experience in writing SEO-optimized content for articles and websites.
- Excellent visual taste to ensure the aesthetic appeal of social media content resonates with the target audience.
- Memiliki pengalaman bekerja di advertising/digital agency lebih disukai.
- Kreatif, detail-oriented, mampu bekerja dalam tim, dan memiliki kemampuan time management yang baik
