Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Specialist located in Bandung. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for social media marketing, creating social media content, and implementing digital marketing strategies.
Task & Responsibilities
- Creating and developing content planning and strategy on social media that aligns and is consistent with the brand identity.
- Determining and planning content that is consistent, valuable, and relevant for the audience and distributing it across all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, increasing customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
- Communicating with social media followers, including responding to questions quickly and accurately.
- Developing and managing influencers/KOLs and attending influencer events to build close relationships with them.
- Preparing social media progress reports.
- Providing recommendations and suggestions for social media marketing strategies.
- Staying updated with social media trend developments.
- Giving direction to the creative team on the visual content that has been planned.
- Performing other related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Work experience in social media specialist or digital marketing, ideally in the footwear or fashion industry.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
- Strong writing skills with a focus on creating engaging and relevant content for social media.
- Understanding of social media data analytics and ability to interpret performance metrics to enhance content strategy.
- High creativity in generating unique and innovative content ideas.
