Job Description
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing and optimizing ESB's content strategy with honesty and empathy to increase brand awareness and engagement. This role requires the agility to execute multi-channel campaigns that educate audiences and drive lead contribution across all social and broadcast platforms.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Agile in build and execute social media strategies through competitive research and trend analysis to stay ahead of platform changes.
- Empathetic in translating product features and industry pain points into simple, engaging, and audience-relevant content.
- Develop and manage monthly editorial calendars and campaign narratives across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Moderate user-generated content and manage customer interactions to ensure a transparent and positive service experience.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners (KOLs/Publishers) to align campaign messages and timelines.
- Analyze social data and audience feedback to provide actionable recommendations that improve content performance.
- Manage and optimize broadcast communications and company pages with integrity to maximize brand visibility.
Requirements
What Capabilities You’ll Need (Requirements)
- 1–2 years as a Social Media Specialist with a track record of managing multi-platform strategies.
- Strong knowledge of emerging trends, short-form video formats, and the agility to adapt to platform algorithm changes.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business, GA4), AI tools (Gemini/ChatGPT), and creative tools (Canva/CapCut/Adobe Suite).
- Excellent verbal and written skills to bridge the gap between business solutions and customer needs with empathy.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics objectively and honest to turn insights into growth opportunities.
- Have interpersonal agility in managing KOL/Influencer collaborations and working effectively with cross-functional departments.
- Degree in Communication or Marketing with a detail-oriented, adaptive, and customer-centric attitude.
