Job Description
Are you a trend-savvy creative with a knack for storytelling? bitjara.id is looking for a Social Media Specialist to join our fast-paced agency team!
Responsibilities:
. Content Execution: Assist in developing and managing daily content calendars (content plans)
consistently across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.).
. Copywriting & Scripting: Craft creative, persuasive captions and develop short-form video
scripts/storyboards that align with each client's unique brand voice.
. Community Management: Actively monitor social media channels, respond to comments and
DMs promptly, and engage with the audience to maintain a positive brand reputation.
. Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, viral audios, and
competitor movements to pitch fresh, relevant content ideas daily.
. Creative Collaboration: Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators to ensure all
content assets are produced according to quality standards and published on schedule.
. Performance Tracking: Assist in gathering weekly/monthly social media metrics and preparing
basic performance reports to track growth and engagement.
Requirements
. - Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (Fresh
graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
. Minimum of 4-6 months of experience through internships or practical work in Social Media,
Content Creation, or a Digital Agency setting.
. A solid Portfolio is strictly required, showcasing previous social media projects, copywriting
samples, or accounts you have managed.
. Strong copywriting and communication skills in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a significant
advantage.
. Highly familiar with native social media features (Reels, TikTok, X, Threads) and basic
management tools like Meta Business Suite.
. Proficient in using mobile/web editing apps such as Canva and CapCut for quick, high-quality
content creation.
. Proactive, eager to learn, and possesses a strong sense of urgency to thrive in a fast-paced
agency environment.
. Must be willing to work from the office (Full WFO) located at Graha Pena.
