Job Description
- Proficient in creating compelling and visually appealing content for various social media platforms
- Strong writing and storytelling skills
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok & Instagram algorithms, trends, and practices
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics
- Ability to engage with and manage online communities effectively
- Capability to develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house brand
- Having a personal equipment (cameras/laptop) is a plus
- Expertise in creating short-form and long-form video content
- A deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels trends and the broader social media landscape
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, CapCut Pro, and Adobe After Effects
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in storytelling
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
- Ability to handle a high volume of video content for multiple brands
- Willing to be placed in BSD, Tangerang is a must
- Able to join as soon as possible
