Job Description
What We’re Looking For:
- Develop monthly content plans for clients and SAGGIRIO’s internal brand
- Create daily content: captions, carousel ideas, Reels and Stories concepts
- Design simple visual content using Canva (feeds, stories, Reels covers)
- Manage content calendar and ensure brand tone consistency
- Collaborate with the PR team for campaigns and media activations
- Monitor content performance and provide improvement recommendations
- Conduct basic social media listening to identify conversations, insights, and opportunities (beginners are welcome; training will be provided at SAGGIRIO; willingness to learn is essential)
- Identify and track emerging trends and topics to inform creative content development and keep the brand relevant across platforms

Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 year experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
- Proficient in Canva or other simple similar design platform (no need for Adobe or else)
- Strong ability in trend & topic tracking, including understanding audience behavior, emerging conversations, viral formats, and content opportunities
- Strong aesthetic sense and up-to-date with social media trends
- Excellent Bahas Indonesia & English copywriting skills with strong storytelling
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with deadlines
