Job Description
Responsibilities :
- Responsible to plan, develop, manage, and effectively implement all digital marketing strategy on social media (Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Tiktok)
- Conduct detailed analysis of social engagement performance and make actionable recommendations for both short-term & long-term strategy
- Implement & apply SEO on company's website to strengthen brand's positioning for both online and offline
- Maintain consistent brand awareness throughout all digital channels
- Efficiently plan, execute, publish, & track ad campaigns on all social platforms
- Provide competitive insights and conduct social media research on regular basis
- Keep up to date with the latest trends in online marketing especially in our industry
- Identify interesting content opportunities that could drive customer's interest, company’s branding and effective communication
Requirements
Qualifications :
- Minimum 1 year of work experience as a social media specialist
- Creative, good writing skills both in written and visual
- Details oriented, passionate, and energetic
- Able to develop content visuals using basic design tools if deemed to be needed
- Familiar with digital marketing best practices, and up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads & Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads
- Hustler, ambitious, structured/creative, self-starter
- Able to speak and appear in front of camera
- Able to edit video for Reels & Tiktok
- Proficient in both Indonesian and English
