Job Description

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with branding and marketing goals.
  • Identify and recommend content trends, formats, and ideas that can boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Plan and maintain a social media calendar in coordination with the content creator.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI).
  • Create monthly, quarterly, and campaign-based social media reports.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve content and campaign results.
  • Ensure campaigns achieve set targets (awareness, engagement, leads, sales).
  • Estimate and recommend the ad budget required to achieve campaign KPIs.
  • Manage ad placements (organic & paid), including audience targeting and budget tracking.
  • Identify and shortlist KOLs/influencers relevant to campaigns.
  • Negotiate and manage Scope of Work (SOW), timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure influencer content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor brand sentiment and ensure positive community engagement.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Work closely with the content creator, creative team, marketing team, and other departments to ensure excellent results and cohesive campaigns.
  • Brief and guide creative teams to produce content aligned with campaign goals.

Requirements

  • Female, age 20–32 years old
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills - able to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
  • Proficient in social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of social media algorithms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
  • Experience in running and optimizing paid ads on social platforms.
  • Strong understanding of ad budget planning to achieve KPIs.
  • Skilled in KOL/influencer management, including SOW preparation and deliverable tracking.
  • Highly adaptive to trends, market shifts, and internal business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills.
  • Creative mindset, strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Understanding of influencer marketing and partnership strategies.
