Job Description
- Develop, curate, and manage content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create engaging posts, videos, graphics, and other media to drive community engagement and brand awareness
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay ahead of industry developments
- Analyze social media performance through metrics and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing strategies
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a timely and professional manner
- Track and manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social media channels
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Experience with content creation, including graphic design and video editing (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills in English (writing, speaking)
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
- Strong creative and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
