Job Description

Content Planning & Creation

  • Develop monthly social media content calendars aligned with client strategies.
  • Create engaging content (copy, captions, basic graphics, short-form video ideas).
  • Coordinate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to ensure timely content production.
  • Stay on top of trends, memes, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant.

Social Media Management

  • Manage daily posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Monitor channels for comments, messages, and community activity; respond promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, CPC, CTR, etc.).
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization based on data.

Client Coordination

  • Join client meetings to present updates, insights, and upcoming content plans.
  • Understand client needs, brand voice, and target audience to shape strategies effectively.
  • Provide recommendations for ways clients can strengthen their online presence.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience handling social media accounts (agency experience is a plus).

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
  • Excellent writing skills for social content and captions.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing ability (Canva, CapCut, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset; ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage several client accounts at once.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and up-to-date with online trends and platform changes.

Tools Knowledge

  • Social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Notion calendars).
  • Analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio).
  • Canva or equivalent design tools.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Workspace.
