Job Description
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Support daily social media operations, including posting, caption writing, and basic community management (replying to comments & DMs)
- Monitor social media trends and suggest creative ideas to improve engagement
- Help in developing content ideas aligned with brand voice and campaign goals
- Collaborate with the design and marketing team for content production
- Track and report basic performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, etc.)
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communication, or related field
- Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and content creation
- Familiar with major social media platforms (especially Instagram & TikTok)
- Up-to-date with social media trends and internet culture
- Basic copywriting skills in English (and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
- Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
