Job Description
Hi! We are PT Putera Mahkota Indonesia, the official distributor of K18 and GHD brands in Indonesia.
We’re looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Intern to join our team and help boost our brand’s online presence through engaging and impactful content.
What You’ll Do:
- Help develop and execute a weekly/monthly social media content calendar.
- Propose creative content ideas aligned with brand tone and market trends.
- Write captions, select hashtags, and schedule posts using agreed timelines.
- Create and edit content (reels, stories, posts) using CapCut, Canva, and other tools.
- Monitor engagement, gather audience feedback, and report insights regularly.
- Track platform analytics (engagement rate, reach, followers, etc.) and suggest content improvements.
- Support occasional internal communication design needs (e.g., posters, story templates)
Requirements
You’re the Right Fit If You:
- Are University student or fresh graduate majoring in Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- Are familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and current digital trends.
- Have basic skills in content editing tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar.
- Are creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.
- Have good communication and time management skills.
- Are able to commit to a minimum 6-month internship
