Job Description
- Assist with content drafting and ideation for new content on social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and drive growth for Ibusibuk’s platform.
- Create and manage social media content, including copy, images, and videos, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s voice and tone.
- Engage the audience through interactive comments and direct messages.
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies and campaigns to achieve strong results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends.
- Analyse social media campaign performance and provide weekly reports and insights to the team.
Requirements
- Recent graduate or university student in their final semester.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
- Knowledge of social media best practices and emerging trends.
- Basic design skills using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Outgoing, friendly personality.
- Creative and enthusiastic.
- Ability to multitask and quickly learn new skills.
- Willing to work in BSD, Tangerang, on a daily basis.
- Able to commit for six months or more.
