Woobiz is seeking a highly skilled and creative Social Media Creator with expertise in Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook. As a Social Media Creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging content and managing our presence on various social media platforms. Your main goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and attract a broader audience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and reach on platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook.
- Create captivating and innovative content, including videos, images, and written posts, tailored to each platform's best practices and target audience.
- Manage and maintain a consistent posting schedule across all social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze social media insights and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into strategies and content creation.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
- Utilize paid advertising options and influencers to expand the brand's reach and engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and customers to amplify brand exposure.
Requirements

- Proven experience as a Social Media Creator with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and content creation across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Facebook.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for content creation, growth, and engagement.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling software.
- Strong understanding of branding and the ability to create consistent, visually appealing content aligned with brand guidelines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to different platforms and audiences.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and think outside the box.
- Strong analytical skills to track and measure the success of social media campaigns.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- A passion for social media trends, digital marketing, and staying ahead of the curve.
