Job Description
- Assisting in the development and execution for social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms, ensuring timely and positive interactions.
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and content creation, to align the efforts with overall business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for email marketing campaigns to reach a wider audience.
- Provide regular reports on key performance metrics and insights to the marketing team.
- Create comprehensive content plans for campaigns, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and marketing is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics & email marketing tools and strategies.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
