Job Description
- Understand the main features and benefits of the DAISI 3.0 platform, particularly the analytics and reporting components, so you can communicate them to prospective clients
- Maintain existing pipeline of prospects, particularly travel agents, that ensures attainment of company revenue targets
- Provide technical support and advice as required by existing and prospective clients
- Actively educate partners on the features and functionality of the product so they can best utilize it independently
- Monitor day to day performance of partners and clients and resolve issues as they arise
- Analyse performance of client marketing campaigns and provide specific advice on how conversion rates can be improved
- Have close collaboration with other stakeholders (i.e. product team, marketing) to ensure alignment of partnership/relationship management efforts towards the goals
- Lead and coordinate the execution of the planned partnership initiatives end-to-end (incl. Proposal/sales pitch development, negotiation with partners, initiative lock-down, monitoring and optimization)
Requirements
- Active English Speaker is a plus
- Willingness to learn
- Pro-active atitude
- Based in Jakarta (currently we work hybird but for once a week there will be team meeting in Jakarta area)
