About the Role
You’ll lead how SejutaCita inspires and connects with millions of young Indonesians online. From crafting narratives that empower youth to designing content that educates and energizes, you’ll shape our brand voice across every channel. You’ll oversee a creative team that turns purpose into posts—and campaigns into movements.
What You’ll Do
- Lead SejutaCita’s content and social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Manage and mentor a small team of content creators, designers, and interns.
- Plan and execute campaign calendars that spotlight scholarships, leadership programs, and youth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the events, partnerships, and marketing teams to deliver unified storytelling across initiatives.
- Review and optimize performance metrics to drive stronger engagement and reach.
- Keep the brand voice consistent—authentic, youthful, and empowering.
- Identify social trends, creators, and collaborations that align with SejutaCita’s mission.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in social media, content, or creative strategy (preferably in youth, education, or impact sectors).
- Proven ability to grow engagement and build communities online.
- Strong leadership and communication skills—able to guide teams and inspire ideas.
- Excellent storytelling skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English fluency a plus.
- Deep understanding of Gen Z culture, visual storytelling, and social media dynamics.
- Proficient in tools like Canva and CapCut.
Bonus Points
- Experience in non-profits, education startups, or social impact brands.
- Background in video production or campaign creative direction.
- Ability to balance creative instinct with data-driven insight.
