Job Description
- Create and publish content through social media.
- Stay updated with the latest AI trends and tools to improve content creation
- Design eye-catching visuals and social media assets with the help of AI-based design tools
- Generate engaging captions, post ideas, and content outlines using AI writing tools
- Provide responses to any user’s engagement on social media (comments, direct messages, complaints, input, etc.).
- Work with the marketing team on the implementation of the content calendar and marketing campaign.
- Work with the marketing team to manage KOL/influencer campaigns.
- Become a talent on social media (in frame).
- Take part in all phases of social media activity, from brainstorming, execution, and observation to gain insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, advertising or related field.
- 1 year of proven working experience in the same field is preferred
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.) and current digital trends.
- Experience or interest in using AI tools for content writing, image generation, or analytics (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva Magic, Notion AI).
- Basic skills in visual content creation and editing using Canva, Capcut, or similar tools.
- Up to date about social media, marketing, technology, AI development and advertising.
- Strong attention to detail, good time management and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to form effective partnerships across cross-functional teams – finance, creative and operation.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; flexible to changing priorities.
