As a Social Media and Community Intern, you will:
- Manage community groups and social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok.
- Develop and maintain the monthly community content calendar, including content briefs and captions.
- Collaborate with the Community Specialist to support the end-to-end execution of online and offline community events, campaigns, and activations.
- Assist in creating and executing engaging community programs to strengthen relationships and maintain community engagement.
Requirements
- Previous experience in community management, brand activation, or event organization is a plus, preferably within the beauty, FMCG, or startup industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and community members.
- Creative, proactive, and passionate about beauty, skincare, and lifestyle trends.
- Up-to-date with current trends, with the ability to build strong connections and engage actively with communities both online and offline.
- Willing to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta.
