detikcom is looking for a data-driven and creative Social Media Analyst to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns. This role involves developing paid media strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other programmatic channels to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion. You’ll work closely with the marketing and content teams to design compelling ad creatives, set targeting parameters, and analyze performance metrics. Your insights will help inform business decisions, improve ROI, and scale successful campaigns. A strong sense of curiosity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail is key in this role.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree In Marketing, Business, Communications, Or Related Field.
- Minimum 1–2 Years Of Hands-on Experience In Managing Paid Ads (Google, Meta, Etc.).
- Strong Analytical Skills And Experience Using Tools Such As Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, And Data Studio.
- Able To Monitor, Track, And Report Campaign Performance With Actionable Insights.
- Familiar With A/B Testing, Performance Optimization Techniques, And Conversion Tracking.
- Comfortable Working With Numbers, Dashboards, And Performance KPIs.
- Knowledge Of Audience Segmentation, Customer Journey Mapping, And Retargeting Strategies.
- Have The Understanding Of SEO And Organic Traffic Strategies Is A Plus.
- Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Present Data In A Clear And Persuasive Way.
