Job Description
- Improving social media admin experience, creating engaged audiences, and facilitating organic growth
- Respond to audience queries in a timely and accurate way via chat or comments
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with the audience on social media
- Monitor complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Taking ownership of audience issues and following problems through to resolution
- Resolve audiences conflicts and handle escalation procedures
- Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments and shares)
- Gather audiences feedback and share it with our Content, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
Requirements
- Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Fluent in English, both written and speaking
- Preferably experienced in handling inbound on social media admin platform and having knowledge of social media software, databases, and tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with the beauty industry is a plus
- Awareness of the industry’s latest technology trends and applications
- Strong communication skills
- Willing to work from office (Office located in Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta)
- Can join ASAP
