
Job Description
What You Will Do
- Managing several social media accounts and keep all our social media accounts and secret company information safe, private, and secure.
- Checking every post for spelling or grammar mistakes before it is published.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule ensuring content is published on time and aligns with the content calendar including during weekends.
- Reply quickly to all comments and messages from our followers in a way that matches following the company’s standardized guidelines to maintain a friendly and consistent brand voice.
- Regularly check how our social media is doing by looking at likes, comments, new followers, and who our audience is.
- Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, website traffic).
- Use social media analytics tools to gather insights and optimize content performance.
- Travel to various events as needed for campaign support, content production, and other related activities (if needed).
Requirements
What You Will Need
- A Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or any field.
- Proven track record at least 1 years hands-on social media admin role, ideally suited for a fast-paced agency industry.
- Share examples of past work, like managed accounts and performance reports (kindly included in your CV).
- Experience in creating and analyzing social media performance and building easy-to-understand reports.
- Knowledge of social media management tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and Google Analytics is necessary.
- An understanding of the best practices for online security, including how to protect passwords, accounts, and confidential information.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple daily tasks.
- Ability to work in Bandung (Hybrid Working) & willing to travel (to visit event with KOL/Influencer or other if any).
