Job Description

  1. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for engaging with the esports community and fans.   2. Esports Knowledge: Having a solid understanding of the esports industry, communities, teams, players, and current tournaments is crucial. This includes knowledge of popular games, current esports trends, and familiarity with streaming platforms such as Twitch and YouTube Gaming.
  3. Social Media Management Skills: A Social Media Admin should have knowledge and experience in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. The ability to manage an editorial calendar, schedule posts, and analyze data and statistics is crucial.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Social Media Admins will interact with fans, players, and influencers in the esports industry. Therefore, strong interpersonal skills such as empathy, active listening, and problem-solving will help build positive relationships and navigate complex situations.
  5. Interest and Enthusiasm: Having a genuine interest in the esports industry and being a fan of games will be advantageous. Genuine interest and enthusiasm for esports will be reflected in the content created and interactions with the community, resulting in a more positive impact.

Requirements

  7. Ability to stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the esports industry and adapt strategies accordingly.
  8. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, including weekends and evenings as needed to cover live events and engage with the community.
