Job Description
At Beomho Teknologi Service (BeomhoTS), we build technology to create safer cities and smarter systems. As a Korea–Indonesia collaboration, we deliver smart city solutions, AI analytics, IoT safety systems, and digital transformation services.
We develop smart box IoT products for intelligent environments and are expanding our business in Indonesia and global markets. We are looking for a Smart Device Embedded Developer to support IoT device development, focusing on hardware–software integration, sensor and actuator control, and embedded communication systems.
This role is suitable for developer who enjoy working hands-on with hardware and building real-world IoT solutions.
Work Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain embedded firmware using ESP32 and similar MCU platforms
- Integrate and control sensors and actuators (motors, lighting, speakers, etc.)
- Implement wired and wireless communication: RS232/RS485, Modbus RTU/TCP, BLE, and Wi-Fi
- Support development of IoT, smart devices, and industrial control systems
- Collaborate with external developers and hardware vendors
- Prepare basic technical documentation and assist with system implementation
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in embedded firmware or IoT development
- Background in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Hands-on experience with ESP32, STM32, Arduino, or similar MCUs
- Proficiency in C/C++ and experience using Arduino IDE
- Experience with RS232/RS485, Modbus RTU/TCP, and hardware interfaces (UART, I2C, SPI)
- Experience integrating sensors and actuator control logic
- Basic understanding of BLE/Wi-Fi communication
- Familiarity with RTOS (e.g., FreeRTOS) and PCB schematics is a plus
- Comfortable reading/writing technical documentation and communicating in English
