Job Description

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilty
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Collaborate w/ admin project to maintain comprehensive project documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or other related field
  • In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
  • Proven work experience in construction management or a similar role.
