Job Description
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilty
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Collaborate w/ admin project to maintain comprehensive project documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or other related field
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
- Proven work experience in construction management or a similar role.
