Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in business, civil, or related fields
- Minimum have 3 years of work experiences in site development (retail industry have preferred)
- Proven ability to set up stores in a tight deadline (ideally stores that are standalone)
- Willingness to travel around Indonesia
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior
- Target oriented, strong communication and negotiation skills
Requirements
- Survey and conduct market research to identify potential locations for new retail stores all around Indonesia
- Dealing with leasing landlord and negotiate lease agreements
- Develop and maintain project timelines for site development ensuring adherence to deadlines
- Coordinate with project team for planning and execution of construction and renovation projects
- Regularly report to the board of directors
- Manage the permitting process, securing necessary approvals from local authorities
- Conduct periodic visit to store location to maintain condition of the store
