Job Description
- Planning & Identifying strategic location for new store.
- Making a comprehensive survey reporting with detail (traffic, density, and customer's profile,etc).
- Negotiating rental terms & maintain relationship with landlord/ lessor.
- Have a good understanding related legal documents needed for new/existing store.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree other related subjects.
- Minimal 2 years relevant experience (Surveyor , Location Supervisor)
- Location assessment, negotiation, time management.
- Preferably F&B , fast food industry, convinience store.
