Job Description
SIRCLO Internship Programme offers a valuable opportunity to take part in exciting projects, get hands-on experiences by learning from fellow interns, colleagues and leaders alike through mentorship, training and on-the-job activities. This program is specifically designed not only for you to kick off your career, but also to realize and explore your hidden potential.
As an Impact Research Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Designing the framework for research pieces to enhance its overall quality and impact.
- Involved in the process of collecting data through both primary and secondary research, as well as analysing the data.
- Writing research reports based on research findings and data analysis within the scope of strategic communications.
- Amplifying content to expand the reach of research pieces with the use of social media and internal communications channel.
- Collaborating with cross-functional departments in the development of Impact Report to ensure holistic and accurate involvement.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate programme or a recent graduate in Communications or other related fields.
- Demonstrated experience in writing research reports, articles, or other forms of formal writing.
- Strong interest and experience in conducting research, both primary and secondary.
- Excellent written and presentation deck creation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficient in using Google Sheets for data analysis.
- Ability to effectively visualise data using charts, graphs, and other visualisation tools.
- Prior experience in working on sustainability, ESG, or impact reports in previous companies is a plus.
- Willing to work from the office (Hybrid) at BSD, Tangerang.
- Able to commit for a three-month internship programme (July 1st 2024 - September 30th 2024)
