- Develop and implement strategic sales management plans for financing products in alignment with company policies.
- Ensure effective control and oversight of sales activities to meet and exceed set targets.
- Take ownership of the sales management process, demonstrating accountability for achieving company objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university with min GPA 3.00
- Having min. 2 years of experiences in financial services (leasing) and multipurpose financing
- Have an experience as a team leader
- Understand the procedure of four-wheels leasing company
- Good Managerial skill and can handle team
- Ready to assigned throughout Indonesia
