Job Description
- Melakukan monitoring terkait pemenuhan request service (perbaikan unit atau penggantian sparepart) dari cabang.
- Memberikan solusi penyelesaian jika terdapat pending request yang belum diselesaikan.
- Memastikan standar dan prosedur pelaksanaan request service telah sesuai.
- Membuat laporan rutin berkaitan dengan pengelolaan request service
Requirements
- Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan.
- Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman sebagai customer service di industri elektronik atau telekomunikasi.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
- Penempatan: Head Office (Jakarta Selatan)
