Job Description
Here in Mitramas Infosys Global, you will be exposed to work on software across a diverse platform of technologies as well as a variety of industries within our portfolios. You are expected to be able to:
- Provide assistance and support to internal users regarding service-related needs
- Handle service and administration requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure service & administration issues are resolved properly
- Record, track, and update service requests and follow-ups
- Prepare simple reports related to service & administratio activities
- Maintain good communication and service quality in daily operations
- Ensure service processes run according to company procedures
Requirements
- Minimum education Senior High School / Vocational High School from any major
- Good communication skills with a service-oriented attitude
- Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in Service Support / Customer Service / Administration is a plus
