Job Description
We are looking for an SEO/SEM Specialist to help grow Algobash’s traffic, lead generation, and digital performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies & content making
- Optimize website traffic and lead generation performance
- Monitor, analyze, and improve marketing KPIs
- Manage campaign performance across search and digital channels
- Collaborate with internal teams for growth initiatives
- Stay updated with current digital marketing trends and industry issues
Performance review every 3 months.
Requirements
- Experienced in SEO/SEM and performance marketing
- Understand traffic, conversion, leads, and digital KPIs
- Able to optimize and enhance campaign performance
- Familiar with tools such as AHREFS, SEMRUSH, Google Analytics, Search Console, or similar platforms
- Up to date with current digital marketing trends and issues
- Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented
- Portfolio is required and may be used for cross-checking with previous employers/clients
