Job Description
A data-driven SEO & SEM professional to own brand organic growth strategy and scale brand e-commerce visibility. This position will manage and lead technical optimizations, content strategy, and link building initiatives to drive qualified traffic and revenue through organic search.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in SEO & SEM, preferably within e-commerce or digital-driven businesses
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, including indexing, crawling, and site architecture
- Hands-on experience with SEO & analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush)
- Experience managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads or similar platforms)
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Familiarity with Core Web Vitals, structured data, and performance optimization
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proactive, adaptable, and up-to-date with the latest SEO & SEM trends
