Job Description
Job Description: Visual Merchandiser (Retail Store)
Responsibilities:
- Arrange and display products to attract customers and match brand identity.
- Design and implement store layouts, window displays, and promotional setups.
- Ensure products are well-organized, visible, and easy to access.
- Stay updated on design trends and marketing strategies to improve store appeal.
- Work with the sales team to align product displays with sales goals.
- Monitor stock levels in display areas and restock as needed.
- Evaluate display effectiveness and suggest improvements.
- Adjust store visuals for promotions, seasons, or special events.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Creative with a good eye for design and product presentation.
- Understanding of visual merchandising and retail marketing.
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
- Experience in visual merchandising or interior design is a plus.
