Job Description
- User Experience Writing: Write clear, concise, and engaging user interface text, including microcopy, tooltips, error messages, and in-app messaging
- Design Thinking: Apply design thinking methodologies to solve complex UX problems
- Content Strategy: Implement an evolving content strategy that aligns with our product goals and user needs
- Brand Voice and Tone: Ensure consistent brand voice and tone usage across all user- facing content
- Copy Research: Work with UX researchers to track copy performance and inform content decisions to improve user experience
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to understand user needs and product requirements
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, and/or other similar roles
- Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices
- Excellent technical writing and editing skills
- Ability to translate complex information into simple, engaging language
- Obsessive attention-to-detail
- Proficiency in UX tools (e.g., Figma, Ditto, etc.)
- Experience with UX design and/or UX research is a plus
- A passion for crafting exceptional user experiences
