Job Description
- Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive product experiences
- Apply user-centered design principles and best practices to improve usability and accessibility
- Participate in usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and data
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI component libraries for consistency across products
- Work within Agile/Scrum development cycles and support product development from concept to release
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers when needed
- Ensure final designs align with product goals, technical constraints, and brand guidelines
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or related roles
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process (research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI)
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, usability testing, and design thinking
- Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Familiar with design systems and component-based design
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for collaboration with engineering teams
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders and mentor junior designers
