You are expected to be able to:
- Conduct research about website and app UI and UX based on target audience, needs, and behaviors.
- Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to define structure and functionality.
- Develop the product’s look and feel, including colors, typography, and iconography, while ensuring brand consistency.
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders to bring designs to life effectively.
- Maintain style guides and document best practices to ensure consistency across the product.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
- Experience in building and maintaining design systems to ensure product consistency.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
- Willing to work in a hybrid work arrangement in Jakarta.
