Job Description
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to identify and define technical hiring needs aligned with business and growth priorities.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing to offer management.
- Actively contribute to employer branding strategy, including planning and executing branding initiatives and hiring campaigns.
- Drive and support recruitment-related projects (e.g. hiring process improvement, ATS optimization, talent pipeline development).
- Negotiate employment terms to achieve win-win outcomes for both candidates and the company.
- Manage and process employment agreements for new hires in compliance with company policies.
- Facilitate onboarding and induction processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Collaborate with the People Team on strategic initiatives, employer branding needs, and cross-functional projects.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on hiring data, market trends, and recruitment performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, with strong exposure to tech or high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and scaling organization.
- Strong ownership mindset: proactive, self-driven, and comfortable handling both executional and strategic work.
- Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle using diverse interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong understanding of role differentiation across functions, especially within technical and product-driven teams.
- Comfortable contributing beyond day-to-day recruitment into projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
