Job Description
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders to identify and define hiring needs aligned with business and growth priorities.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, from sourcing and candidate assessment to offer management.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and hiring campaigns to strengthen talent attraction.
- Drive and support recruitment-related projects, including hiring process improvement, ATS optimization, and talent pipeline development.
- Manage offer negotiations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for candidates and the company.
- Manage employment agreement processes and facilitate onboarding to ensure a smooth new-hire experience.
- Collaborate with the People Team on recruitment initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on hiring data, market trends, and recruitment performance.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within tech, startup, e-commerce, or other high-growth environments.
- Proven hands-on experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle across various roles and levels.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and seniority levels.
- Good understanding of different functions and role profiles, particularly within technical and product-driven teams.
- Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to balance day-to-day recruitment execution with projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Willing to work under a 6-month contract-based employment arrangement.
