Job Description
What You Will Do:
- Work and collaborate with product managers on requirements gathering process with stakeholders in product development framework, with technical requirements as outputs
- Design high level architecture for new systems based on technical requirements
- Analyze and evaluate existing system design for improvements and give assessment and viability of implementing it
- Provide and document system design based on requirements for developers (service definition, technical flow, data design)
- Provide support for developers in development/implementation phase of product development framework
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and technical developments
Requirements
Person We Are Looking For:
- Min. 5+ years of experience as Backend or Fullstack Engineer is advantage
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with DevOps, microservices, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, data modeling, APIs, and system integration
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (APM, ELK stack, grafana and prometheus setup)
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work and communicate complex procedures to other colleagues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full WFO at Wisma 46 Jakarta Pusat
