About the Role
You’ll be the creative force behind SejutaCita’s digital presence—telling stories that inspire youth, empower communities, and amplify impact. From content strategy to daily execution, you’ll shape how millions of students, dreamers, and changemakers engage with our mission across social platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Lead SejutaCita’s social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, OR X.
- Plan and manage the content calendar—balancing education, inspiration, and engagement.
- Develop creative campaigns around youth empowerment, scholarships, MUNs, and leadership programs.
- Collaborate with the design, partnership, and event teams to tell consistent stories across all initiatives.
- Analyze engagement metrics and audience insights to refine strategy and improve reach.
- Mentor interns or junior creators to maintain a strong, unified brand voice.
- Stay ahead of social trends, youth culture, and viral formats relevant to Gen Z audiences.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience managing social media for youth-focused, education, or impact-driven brands.
- Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok storytelling.
- Strong creative instincts—able to turn ideas into scroll-stopping visuals or videos.
- Excellent writing skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English is a plus).
- Data-driven mindset with comfort in using analytics to guide creative direction.
- Passion for education, youth empowerment, and community building.
Bonus Points
- Experience in non-profits, startups, or youth communities.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proven success in growing social media followings or engagement organically.
