Job Description
- Manage sales and reservations for hospitality services.
- Utilize OTA platforms like Airbnb, Agoda for bookings.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Conduct presentations and negotiations with clients.
- Prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage time effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.
- Have 3+ years experience in the hospitality industries is preferred.
- Proficient use OTA (airbnb, agoda etc)
- Customer-service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Data entry experience.
- Able to join immediately.
