Job Description
- Identify and recommend talents (influencers, KOLs, performers) aligned with client objectives, audience fit, and engagement data
- Lead negotiation on fees, usage rights, and deliverables while ensuring rates remain competitive and aligned with campaign sales targets
- Understand client briefs deeply, including commercial goals, to build strategic talent proposals and present them directly using high-quality decks
- Manage campaign calendars, deliverable trackers, and coordinate with talents and managers to ensure timely, brand-aligned content delivery
- Collaborate with creative, legal, and finance teams to align messaging, ensure contract compliance, and manage budgets/payments
- Build strong talent networks across categories and maintain updated internal talent database with rates, contacts, and past performance
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring strategic alignment, expectation management, and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Min. 3 years of experience as Account Executive / Manager in agency or talent-related roles
- Proven experience managing campaigns with KOLs, influencers, or performers
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence in meeting all relevant stakeholders
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and project management skills
- Familiar with influencer platforms and able to analyze performance metrics
- Existing network in the talent or entertainment industry is a plus
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
