Job Description
- Manage the end to end HR activities within the company and manage employee life cycle, from:
- internal recruitment
- assessment
- onboarding
- learning and development
- performance appraisal management
- culture and engagement
- compensation and benefit
- retention and succession planning
- separation
- standard operating procedure (SOP)
- regulatory reporting
- HR administrative duties
- etc
- Working closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies
- Prepare, manage and update the HR database such as personnel records and documentation (i.e. employment contracts and other procedural paperwork)
- Establishing HR Policies; Make sure all activities and behavior within the company are aligned with the company's purpose, values, culture, and policies.
- Develop internal HR system/workflow/Standard Operating Procedure and make adjustments accordingly
- Develop practical strategies and create programs to optimize people engagement, work relationships, build morale, increase productivity (performance), and retention.
- Initiate and handle various HR projects according to business needs
- Provide advice and guidance on HR issues/problems to team leader. managers and individual contributors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in applicable fields such as human resource management, industrial engineering, psychology, etc
- At least 1 year working experience in the related field
- A comprehensive and proven HR business partner experience in a dynamic fast-paced environment (experience in startup organization)
- Ability to work fast and effectively, result-oriented
- Excellent work ethics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate challenges as well as influence a variety of stakeholders effectively.
- Familiar with state employment laws and HR best practices
Nice to have:
- Ability to conduct and interpret psychological assessment
